Guardian (protocol)

Many DeFi systems define guardian or security-council roles for emergency pauses. These keys can halt markets or reverse paths depending on design.
Guardians improve classical incident response but remain quantum-relevant if they use ECDSA EOAs or multisigs without PQC.
