Profile view: Arbitrum is not quantum-proof. User spends use classical secp256k1; optimistic rollup operations and bridges add concentrated classical operator keys on top of Ethereum settlement assumptions.

This is the network/profile page for Arbitrum One in Wave 6b (L2 / scaling).
Arbitrum One is a leading optimistic rollup: users get EVM accounts while security arguments ultimately relate back to Ethereum. Quantum risk therefore stacks—L2 EOAs plus L1 settlement signatures plus bridge/upgrade keys.
Optimistic design does not install post-quantum cryptography. “Cheaper gas” is orthogonal to Shor-class key recovery against exposed secp256k1 keys.

FAQ
Is Arbitrum safer than Ethereum against quantum computers?
Not for user signature math. You add L2/bridge operator surfaces while still depending on Ethereum’s long-term signature migration.
Do fraud proofs make it quantum-proof?
Fraud proofs are an optimistic security mechanism. They are not NIST PQC wallet signatures.
