STRK balances are only as quantum-safe as controlling keys and venues. Starknet is not automatically quantum-proof. Validity proofs and account abstraction change engineering—not a free pass. Bridges and L1 contracts still need classical-key diligence; native account crypto must be verified from current docs.

STRK holder risk is authorization and custody—not slogans.
Starknet is a validity-rollup style L2 with a distinct account model and STARK proving narrative. Advanced proving systems are not the same claim as “all keys are post-quantum.”

Cryptographic profile
- Signatures: Account abstraction with STARK-friendly / native account signatures (verify current account defaults), Ethereum settlement and bridge keys remain classical secp256k1-class for many paths
- Hash: STARK proving hashes; Ethereum Keccak for L1 messaging
- Public-key exposure: Cairo account models differ from EOAs; still inventory account keys, guardians, and bridges. L1 contracts use classical Ethereum crypto.

- Hot wallets holding STRK
- Unmapped bridges or issuer controls
- Wrong host-chain assumption for multi-chain assets
