The Polygon ecosystem asset (commonly discussed under POL, historically MATIC in many markets) is usually held in EVM-compatible wallets or custodial accounts. Quantum risk follows those keys first.
Many users hold “Polygon assets” that are actually representations moved through bridges. Your threat model must name the bridge and the custody provider—not only the ticker symbol on a portfolio screenshot.

Is POL more quantum-safe on a hardware wallet?
Hardware wallets reduce many classical theft paths. They still sign with classical algorithms unless/until firmware and chains support PQC schemes.
Does bridging to Ethereum change quantum risk?
It changes which keys and contracts can unlock value. You may add bridge operator risk while still depending on classical user keys on one or both sides.
