ACH and ISO 20022 payment messaging is not quantum-proof while institutional channels use classical TLS and certificates. Message standards migration is not the same as PQC migration.

ISO 20022 modernizes message formats; quantum risk still sits in the cryptographic protection of those channels and archives.
Banks should inventory gateway mTLS, network VPN, and any message signing HSMs.
